so...it was such a great weekend..it's wednesday and i am just posting about it now...it was so much fun and so busy that i am still recovering...ha....so this weekend my husband and i went to his fraternity formal....it's been 4 years since the last time....and the first time i left my son overnight with my parents....i 100% trust them..so that was not a problem..i was just sad and missed him..but we had a great time..and stayed in a hotel..and acted like consenting adults..ha....
then on sunday....my mom and i went to a tea party in remembrance of a great woman that we knew....it was our first year to attend and it was such a wonderful event....becky (whom the party was for) passed away almost 5 years ago...but while she was still on this earth...she was involved with domestic violence..so this event was to raise money for domestic violence survivors and to fight the fight.....we raised quite a bit of money...
so all around it was such a wonderful weekend...
i cannot wait for the next adventure which will be this coming weekend...another party and celebrating my mom's birthday....
